By accessing or using the AdZio mobile application and our digital marketing services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. AdZio is a digital marketing company based in Tripura, providing specialized social media marketing and management services. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our application and services. These terms apply to all business owners and clients who utilize the AdZio platform for marketing purposes.

2. Description of Services

AdZio offers a comprehensive marketing platform designed to help business owners manage and monitor their social media presence across various industries, including automobile, healthcare, and e-commerce. Our primary service includes providing a "Live Performance" section within our mobile app, where clients can view real-time insights, growth metrics, and advertisement performance for their Facebook and Instagram business pages without needing to access Meta platforms directly.

3. Meta API & Social Media Integration

To facilitate real-time data tracking, AdZio utilizes official Meta Graph APIs via secure Facebook Login (OAuth). By connecting your Facebook accounts to our app, you grant AdZio the necessary permissions to:

• Access and retrieve Page Insights (reach, engagement, and impressions).
• Monitor and display advertisement performance and spending metrics.
• Manage social media content as per your specific marketing package.

You acknowledge that AdZio acts as a data processor for this information, and you maintain full control over your data. You may revoke AdZio's access at any time through your Meta "Business Integration" settings.

4. User Responsibilities & Data Security

Clients of AdZio are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or administrative access provided to our team for management purposes. As a digital marketing firm based in Tripura, we prioritize the security of your business data by utilizing industry-standard encryption, including JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication and secure PostgreSQL database storage for all retrieved metrics. You agree to provide accurate information regarding your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts to ensure the "Live Performance" tracker functions correctly.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

All business data, including Page Insights, reach, and advertisement performance metrics retrieved via the Meta Graph API, remains the sole property of the client. AdZio acts strictly as a data processor to analyze and display this information within your mobile app dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or share your private business performance data with any third-party entities. Our use of this data is limited to optimizing your marketing campaigns and providing you with a centralized view of your digital growth.

6. Service Availability & Third-Party Disclaimers

AdZio provides real-time insights through a direct connection with Meta's official APIs. While we strive for 100% uptime, you acknowledge that our ability to display "Live Performance" data is dependent on the availability and stability of Meta/Facebook platforms. AdZio shall not be held liable for any data inaccuracies, delays in reporting, or temporary service interruptions caused by Meta API outages, third-party server issues, or maintenance periods beyond our direct control.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the AdZio mobile application—including but not limited to our proprietary software architecture (React Native and NestJS), custom UI/UX designs, logos, and the "Live Performance" dashboard—are the exclusive intellectual property of AdZio. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or distributing any part of our services or source code without prior written consent from our management team in Tripura.

8. Termination of Services & Revocation of Access

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Clients retain the right to immediately revoke AdZio's access to their Facebook and Instagram accounts through their Meta "Business Integration" settings.
• AdZio will securely delete all stored long-lived access tokens and cached performance data from our servers.
• To request a permanent account closure and data wipe, please contact our support team at marketing.adzio@gmail.com.

9. Updates and Amendments to Terms

As Meta (Facebook) frequently updates its Graph API policies and data privacy regulations, AdZio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via the mobile app or through the contact email provided (marketing.adzio@gmail.com). Continued use of the "Live Performance" section and our marketing services after such updates constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
