At AdZio, we prioritize the privacy and security of our users' data. In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and data protection regulations, we provide a clear and transparent process for users to request the deletion of their data from our systems.

1. Data We Collect and Store

To provide "Live Performance" insights, AdZio securely stores:

• Access Tokens: Encrypted long-lived tokens required to fetch your Page Insights from Meta.
• Cached Analytics: Temporary performance data (reach, engagement, impressions) for your connected Facebook and Instagram pages.
• User Profile Information: Basic info such as name and email associated with your AdZio account.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data from the AdZio application, you can use any of the following methods:

Method A: Via Email (Recommended)

You can send a formal data deletion request to our official support email:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Account Name/ID]

Once received, our team in Tripura will process your request and delete all associated records from our PostgreSQL database within 48 to 72 hours.

Method B: Revoking Facebook Business Integration

You can also remove our access directly through Facebook:

• Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
• Navigate to Security and Login > Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
• Find the AdZio app and click Remove.

Once removed, our app will no longer have access to your data, and we will initiate an automatic cleanup of your cached tokens on our servers.

3. What Happens After Deletion?

• All your stored Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens will be permanently destroyed.
• All cached performance metrics and historical insights will be wiped from our database.
• Your AdZio account profile will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to view "Live Performance" data unless you re-authenticate.
